The Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP) will host the 2024 EHS Hazmat Summit from July 14 to 17, 2024, at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel in Crown Center, Missouri.
Acording to the AHMP website, the summit—previously known as the AHMP Annual Conference—offers a platform for professionals to discuss the latest trends, regulatory updates and technical solutions in hazardous materials management. The event encourages participation from a broad spectrum of attendees, including students and non-members.
One of the summit’s highlights is the Call for Abstracts, which invites professionals to contribute their expertise and share insights. Both presenters and guests earn certification maintenance points, with submissions open until April 15, 2024. The AHMP will also recognize outstanding contributions to the field with its awards program, accepting nominations until April 30, 2024.
